Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the GlyteTech website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services and Warranties

GlyteTech provides IT support, networking setup, CCTV installation, and web development services. While we strive for excellence and absolute precision, specific outcomes depend on third-party hardware, ISP configurations, and local environments.

  • Hardware installed by GlyteTech carries the original manufacturer's warranty.
  • Software and custom development work is guaranteed to meet the agreed-upon project specifications at the time of delivery.

3. Limitation of Liability

CRITICAL LIMITATION: GlyteTech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, server downtime, hardware failure, or security breaches resulting from user negligence or unforeseen zero-day vulnerabilities.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the past six (6) months.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
